July 2019: I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a used vehicle. We went to see Jimmy to purchase a vehicle for our 17 year old daughter. We told him what we were looking for, he searched the market/auctions, kept us posted and delivered with flying colors. After we purchased the vehicle, there was a check engine light and some vehicle indication warnings. Jimmy worked diligently with us and his mechanic to resolve the issue and ensure that we were satisfied with the outcome. This was an "as is" purchase therefore was not obligated to resolve the issue but he did and at no cost to us. His integrity and morals far exceed any car dealer that I have ever dealt with. When it's time to look for our youngest for our next vehicle, I will be back at Jimmy's for sure.

I thought I left a review in the past for Jimmy Jim’s after we made our purchase in 2016, but when recommending someone else to to them, I noticed that our testimonial didn’t appear. So I wanted to thank them again and make sure they didn’t miss out on another positive review from satisfied customers. My wife was long in search of a Mini Cooper. We looked for over a month and traveled hundreds of miles to check out other used mini coopers. She found a match online with her search criteria that pointed us to Jimmy Jim’s. We went to check it out and sure enough she adored the chili red Mini Cooper S. I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the gently used car and also felt satisfied with the price. What’s more the owner (and his wife) of Jimmy Jim’s were honest, outgoing, and very helpful. In the two years since purchasing the vehicle, it has been very reliable and a pleasure for my wife to drive. She really, really loves her car! Whenever we’re in the market again to purchase a vehicle I will first check out the inventory of Jimmy Jim’s knowing that if we find something, the vehicle we choose will be as reliable as the service is honest and fair. We found Jimmy Jim's while doing numerous web searches. Saw a listing of what we were looking for so we gave it a shot after numerous disappointments with other dealers. All we can say is WOW, we found a diamond in the rough! Had what we wanted in the price and milage range we had in mind. Vehicle was immaculate and the personal service from Jimmy was impeccable. Jimmy Jims is my household's go to place for meeting our vehicle needs. In 2013 I needed an affordable commuter for all weather driving and the AWD Ford Escape fit the bill without issue, plus James took my old rusty beater with glowing check engine light in trade. Later, in 2016 my wife an I quickly needed a full sized pickup and Jimmy Jims had a perfect fit with a 2003 Silverado. In 2017 the Silverado was traded in at Jimmy's so I could step down to a smaller 2008 Scion tC that everyone in my family could use. During the transaction I bought and had installed 4 new brand name tires of my choice through Jimmy Jims with Jimmy's price beating Tire Rack and other local vendors. Additionally, the Scion needed a piece of trim replaced and this James took care of using a quality item that was painted to match as opposed the generic black items offered more cheaply. James and Stacey are on a first name basis with myself, my wife, and my father as we all regularly change vehicles. Every holiday season Jimmy Jims touches base with an attractive and thoughtful card. James K's family lives locally, so we have met them while shopping in the area. Nice! My wife and I are considering a classic car to use in upcoming road rally and we have enjoyed using James as our first best resource for this project. It is very nice to have a local vendor that treats me well and truly concerns themselves regarding our purchases.

Just recently purchased a 1978 Chevy El camino that was completely restored and much more. I googled, called the dealer, and the owner Jim answered right away. We cannot begin to explain what a terrific car buying experience we had. We had been on the hunt for a Chevy Silverado truck for my husband for some time. After visiting(and being disappointed with)many dealerships, we saw a truck listed online. It was at Jimmy's. My husband called and spoke to Jimmy about it. Even though it was an hour's drive from our house, we decided to take the trip to see it. We are so glad we did! Not only is Jimmy a personable and helpful guy, he is honest and straightforward. I recently purchased a Ford Ranger from Jimmy and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The day I stopped to look at his inventory I was a little skeptical, to say the least because I had no experience with buying a used truck. When I stopped in to his office he was not there, (at an auction) but I had a great conversation with his wife/business partner for almost 45 minutes, she answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. She informed me that if I had any more questions to call Jimmy anytime. I left there feeling good, like I was family. As for the truck it was in tip-top shape and everything, and I mean everything, was clean and in working condition! The sales process was smooth and quick with no issues. Jimmy would not let me drive that truck off his lot until I was 100% satisfied! The commitment and professionalism as well as his attention to details was far above what I would of ever expected! I can't even begin to say how appreciative and impressed I am with the service and delivery Jimmy gave us. My son was looking for a specific late model SUV on a budget with certain options he had to have. Jimmy could have found one the 1st day but he refused to put his name behind "just anyone" vehicle. Even when my son became impatient Jimmy assured him that he would find the "right" one. In the end he did get the perfect match for my son and he also spent countless hours of his own time on the process. In addition he worked deep into the evening to have a brushguard ordered and he himself installed it after his regular hours! My son loves the SUV and Jimmy has continued to lend his expertise and time whenever needed. We purchased the SUV a year ago and I would have written this earlier but just noticed this section on the website.

Bought a truck 750 Miles away

I have bought DOZENS of cars in my life...and only twice have I wanted to call friends to recommend they go to the guy that sold it to me. I just got a car for my son at Jimmy's, and it was refreshing to see that the pre-owned car business has pockets of professionalism and customer service. This wasn't an expensive car...it was pre-owned and a few years old. However, you would have thought that I was buying a Bentley. Jimmy trusted us with the test drive, prepped the car, worked through pricing/financing/insurance issues (that were caused by us, not him...) like a pro. The next time that I get a car, and I figure out what I want, I'm going to ask Jimmy to go find it for me...

Here's how you buy a car- Go see what Jimmy has on his lot. Maybe he doesn't have what you need... Call him. My experience was great. I let Jimmy know what I was looking for and he happened to have something pretty close and he had it at a fair price for the quality of the vehicle. Jim got the keys and gave me some directions to try out the car. No stress. No ride-along. So I did and the car was purring the whole drive. Came back and let him know I had another car that I would like to see (I planned the whole day ahead) but that the car drove solid and I am interested. Jim's response was friendly and just, "Okay, I'll be here so give me a call if you are headed back!" You won't get tricks or pressure or any of that sly used car stuff from Jimmy. He'll treat you like people should treat people. Simple as that. Do yourself a favor and at least see if Jimmy can help you into your next car. If not, he'll tell you up front. I've had many car buying experiences and this was the smoothest and lowest stress I've ever had.

I called Jim about a car I was interested in & Jim told me to come down, you won't be disappointed. He said the car is everything you see in the photos & more.
